MetLife wanted to shake up the small business insurance industry, so we helped them create an experience that allowed their customers to quickly and easily get a quote and purchase insurance online, with any device, at any time. We launched with small business owners—who barely have any time for a lunch break, let alone spend an hour with an agent—and created an easy-to-use experience in a down-to-earth, human and even playful tone, uncharacteristic of the insurance industry.
